½ lb Bacon, chopped fine
½ cup Flour
Buttermilk biscuits, homemade or pre-packaged
Eggs, Onion
Butter, Milk
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
Fried onion strings, French’s
Cracked black pepper
1 lb Malone’s Mild and Hot

Directions

Sweet the onion in the butter until soft. Add in the bacon and cook to render. Add Malone’s Hot. When melted add the flour to combine.

Add milk and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.

Halve warm biscuits. Spoon gravy on top of bottom half of biscuits. Add slice of Malone’s Mild. Spoon more gravy on slices and cover with biscuit tops.

Serve with sunny side up eggs, top eggs with fried onion strings and cracked black pepper.
